FAQ

About Mavie
What is Mavie?

Mavie is support for modern motherhood, built by Dr. Sara Bloom — a physician, maternal wellness specialist, and mom of three who lived the gap herself.

As a physician, Sara spent years watching mothers burn out while the wellness industry told them to do more. So she built Mavie: everyday support for nutrition, movement, and your nervous system that fits into the margins of motherhood. The two minutes while coffee brews. The walk from car to door. The thirty seconds before someone asks when the next meal will be ready.

Every practice takes 15 minutes or less. Snackable, stackable, doable.

Who is Mavie for?

Mavie is for mothers who are ready to stop taking care of themselves last. Whether you want to feel more like yourself again, build habits that stick, or just get through the week with something left in the tank, Mavie meets you where you are.

No pressure. No perfection required.

What's included in a Mavie Membership?

You're not doing this alone. You're part of the Motherhood.

In the app:

• Daily Check-In and personalized Daily Routine • Full Library of Fuel, Flow, and Feel content (15 minutes or less per practice) • Life Raft for moments of overwhelm • Personal Library to save what works

Office Hours with Dr. Sara:

Every month, Dr. Sara and rotating specialists hold live sessions on the questions most appointments skip: hormones, intimacy, identity shifts, sleep, your nervous system, and more. Submit questions in advance or join live. Recordings available within 24 hours.

Mavie Meets:

IRL gatherings in your city: coffee chats, morning walks, and other exclusive opportunities to connect with Mavie moms. Small, intentional, and free for members.

Because the woman who takes care of everyone deserves to be taken care of too.

Does Mavie use AI to generate its content?

No. All Mavie content is created by real experts who know their field and understand maternal health. Every piece is written, reviewed, and backed by people and moms, not generated by AI.

Today
What is the Daily Routine?

After your check-in, you'll see your Daily Routine: a curated set of practices tailored to how you're actually feeling that day. Designed to help you feel better right now and build good habits over time.

Start small, succeed often, expand naturally.

How is it personalized?

You're in control. Your onboarding, settings, and daily check-ins help Mavie recommend the most helpful content for wherever you are that day. The more you use it, the better Mavie gets at showing up for you.

Features
What is Life Raft?

Moms have meltdowns too, which is why we invented Life Raft.

Life Raft is a tool for when you're drowning in it. Parking lot meltdowns. 3am spirals. The moment before you lose it. Tap the button and you'll get 60 seconds of grounding support to bring your nervous system back to shore.

What's in the Library?

The Library holds all of Mavie's content, organized into three pillars: Fuel (nutrition), Flow (movement), and Feel (nervous system and emotional wellbeing).

You'll find tips, audio meditations, guided movement, and expert advice to explore anytime. Save what works to your Personal Library and return to it when you need it.

What are Fuel, Flow, and Feel?

Fuel: Nutrition guidance that fits your real life. Quick recipes. Real schedules. No macros. No guilt.

Flow: Movement practices designed for maternal bodies, from restorative stretches to strength-building exercises. Postpartum-safe. No gym required.

Feel: Breathwork, nervous system tools, and emotional wellbeing practices for the full spectrum of what motherhood actually feels like. Tools to help you regulate and come back to yourself.
